I’m a UX/UI designer based in Los Angeles, California. My goal is to create meaningful experiences through empathic and responsive design, while helping businesses explore a deeper understanding for positive change.

My background in art education, illustration and graphic design have helped me develop a deeper understanding of empathizing with a variety of users, and how design can have an impact on the world around us. I made the switch to UX to be able to make design more accessible for everyone, and to help understand how to make a product more usable. By utilizing my artistic skills from illustration, an understanding of typography and layout from graphic design, and an empathetic view of the learner gained from arts education, I believe that I have a holistic approach to UX design.

What brought me to UX design was how much the design centers around the user. I want to create experiences that problem solves for user pain points. As a designer, I have an incredible responsibility to make more inclusive experiences. User centered design helps me understand perspectives that are not my own, and UX design is a great opportunity for me to expand my thinking.
